Выдаёт купленные строки/файлы после оплаты. Авторизация: bot_id, order_id и orderKey (HMAC-SHA256 из ответа create), не secret_user_key. Заказ в оплаченном статусе (ACTIVE, WORKING, COMPLETE, WAIT_USER). Поле order_key или orderKey.
